Registration of National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) in School Monday, 23 Feb 2009 from 1 pm to 3.30 pm in the AVA Room. On the day of the registration, the student must bring the following items: •Completed registration form •Ezlink card/School Smart Card, excluding Giro-linked card •One recent passport size colour photograph (35 by 45 mm dimension) taken against a white background and with a matt or semi-matt finish •Supporting document if there is change in name: - Baptism / religion certificates (for inserting of religious name) - Deed poll (for change in name including ethnic name) In addition, both parents must provide a consent letter for the change of name. •Foreign Passport with valid Re-Entry Permit - for Singapore Permanent Residents only •Certificate of identity - for Singapore Permanent Residents only, if any.
Students without photo, or their photo not acceptable, they can still proceed to register for their NRIC but ICA will not collect the payment. On another day, either the students themselves or their parents have to come down to ICA Building to submit the photo and payment.
For students without anything ie no photo, no payment, no school ezlink card etc, ICA will not be registering them. They will have to come down themselves on another day to register for their NRIC. Same apply to those who are absent on the 23rd.
ICA will start promptly at 1300hrs and leave promptly at 1530hrs. Hence, we have scheduled the students to come to register according to the following table. Schedule Classes 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm Sec 3C and those additional students 1.30 pm to 2 pm Sec 3B, Sec 34 2 pm to 2.30 pm Sec 35, Sec 3A 2.30 pm to 3 pm Sec 31, Sec 32 3 pm to 3.30 pm Sec 33
If there is delay due to some unforeseen reasons resulting in ICA not able to complete the registration by 3.30 pm, then those students who are not registered would have to come down to ICA Building themselves to register for their NRIC. Therefore we seek your co-operation to remind the students to register according to the time scheduled.
